Purpose of the Job The role is for Messaging - Business Analyst and will be responsible for supporting business objectives by ensuring detecting frauds, data analytics, reporting, whitelisting and testing tasks for messaging products. Key Deliverables Understand the messing products and its business needs Define impacting KPIs, review and monitor data and continuously improve the KPI’s Analyzing traffic going through the firewalls and enabling Monetization activities - Adding rules basis deployed systems and requirements Preparation of daily/ monthly/quarterly dashboards / maintaining sender database on PowerPoint/MS Excel Conducting brand testing and reviewing whitelisting requests will be a part of the daily activity Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to enable features on the platform. Work with internal stakeholders on adhoc requests Skills Required Commercial Acumen SMS Firewall , A2P/SMS knowledge, Telecom networks & protocol knowledge Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft office Excel with working Knowledge of V-lookup, Pivot table and other advance excel functions Analyzing the data / Data Analysis report generation Strong written/verbal communication skills Cross-functional collaboration Ability to understand and comply with business processes and procedures Educational Qualifications MBA or equivalent Degree in IT / Computer Science Preferred:B.E./ B. Tech. Work Experience 2-4 year’s experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions Experience in Telecom/ Technology domain
