Job Description

Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech - Mechanical (preferred) Experience - 1-3 years in Handling Sales for Industrial Consumables / Abrasives products. Interface with key Industrial customers preferred. Job Responsibilities • To plan, implement, and execute strategies to grow sales and distribution of current and new products in existing and new markets to contribute to the organizational profitability • Identify and convert new opportunities for business conversion • Conduct trials for all established products and close loop with Product Management • Ensure exceptional business through upgraded products, excellent service and by maintaining customer relationships • Involve and drive Customer initiatives and technical engagement for select accounts. • Manage complaints and feedback from end to end, from root cause analysis and study to recommendation of corrective actions • Train Dealers and Dealer engineers on the job / Customers on safety and technical seminars, responsible for statutory forms and maintaining close relationship at all levels • Market Intelligence - Gather information from market on - Competition activity, Market mapping & Competition pricing • Management of Receivables - Ensure collections as per the credit policy, maintain quality of receivables • Sales Planning - Demand forecast and planning for inventory management • Price - Implement timely price increases and periodic connects with all levels at customer end to drive this, Management of discounts. • Monthly sales reporting • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations - competition law, India Code of Conduct, SG Principles, EHS guidelines and statutory regulations Specific Skills • Networking, Planning and organizing • Team Management • Market Intelligence • Result Oriented • Communication/Presentation Skills • Problem solving • Negotiation
