Job title : Viper Tax (US) Experience : 3 - 8years Location : Kolkata Job Description: Responsibilities Team/Business Overview Role Name Responsibilities Desired Skills Qualification Experience Preferred - Viper Tax Roll Supervisor/Team Lead/SME • Understanding job requirements and consistent delivery to set targets • Ability to handle pressure and work on stringent timelines • Uses system for tracking, information gathering and/or trouble shooting the items raised by the client/customer • Recognizes consistent problem areas and reports to higher level for action • Follow standard procedures and policies with more senior levels using greater latitude and judgment in responding to customers • Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures • Possess effective problem solving skills to ensure timely problem recognition and resolution • Eye for detail while auditing transactions • Strong inclination in driving process rigor and transformation Major Areas Of Accountability: • Technical know-how of US Tax Roll Data processing and analyze huge data for property tax roll, research and create rules. • Navigate SharePoint and look for county specific updates and apply the same while processing the counties. •Extracting data from raw file and transforming the data to standard format as requested by client using SQL. • Analyzing data source mapping for data extraction. • Ensure maximum throughput of processed county tax roll data to meet service level. • Guide the team members to analyze real estate information received from various counties to make rule based decisions. • Routinely document and communicate processing queries to other departments. • Lead should help the team members to efficiently analyze and capture data. • Lead client discussions and provide weekly reports and dashboards for client review. • Act as a SME for process to answer procedural questions and assist in resolving complex or escalated issues. • Review the performance of associates and do random quality audits to guage the process health and initiate appropriate corrective actions • Utilize knowledge of team, procedures, trending and research reporting to recommend process improvements and efficiency gains. • Ability to work in multi-client/functional environment. • Mentor team based on low production or quality results. • Oversee training of new hires and associate cross training initiatives, in addition to the creation and facilitation of training as needed.
