We are looking for a Learning Specialist to support the development of a structured learning organization, manage digital learning tools, and drive knowledge-sharing across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning System Development & Content DesignStructure and manage training content, templates, and resources for internal learning programs.Align learning roadmaps with business objectives to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Technology & Data ManagementConfigure and manage SharePoint, digital learning tools (LMS/LXP), and analytics platforms.Track and analyze learning engagement, KPIs, and performance metrics.Community Engagement & CommunicationManage learning forums, audience engagement, and mentorship communities.Develop a strong branding & internal communication strategy to position the learning initiative effectively.Learning Analytics & Vendor ManagementMeasure the impact of learning programs and align them with business strategy.Oversee external learning vendors and procurement to supplement internal knowledge gaps.Tool & Platform ManagementManage the learning lab, content providers, and technology platforms for seamless training delivery.Explore new digital tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences.Ideal Candidate Should Have:Experience in Learning & Development, preferably in IT training & digital learning.Strong expertise in SharePoint management & configuration.Ability to analyze learning metrics & data to measure effectiveness.Proven skills in community engagement & audience management.Familiarity with content design, storytelling, and training program alignment.Expertise in learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and technology-driven training solutions
