The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in IT sales, specifically handling direct IT (software, cloud, AI/ML) clients in the United States. A strong focus on lead generation and utilizing tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms like HubSpot is essential. The candidate must have experience working in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and within a B2B environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential IT clients and generate new business opportunities.Utilize tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other relevant sources to identify and qualify potential leads.Build and maintain relationships with direct clients, ensuring a strong pipeline of business opportunities.Understand the concepts behind solutions in software, AI/ML (LLM & RAG), Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics.Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and position BigR.io’s IT consulting services effectively.Present and demonstrate the value of our IT consulting services, highlighting competitive advantages.Develop and execute lead generation campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while meeting and exceeding sales targets.Maintain and update sales activities and progress using CRM software like HubSpot.Build long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market developments.Work closely with internal teams, including consultants and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).6+ years of experience in IT sales, particularly handling US-based clients and direct clients.Strong experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales and B2B environments.Expertise in lead generation using Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms like HubSpot.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in an IT consulting environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, able to work independently and within a team.Knowledge of IT industry trends, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise software, is a plus.Equal Opportunity Statement:BigRio is an equal opportunity employer.
