This role requires deep technical acumen in automated deployment workflows, security-integrated delivery pipelines, and cloud-native tooling. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building scalable automation frameworks, designing resilient cloud infrastructure, and optimizing deployment strategies for high-availability systems.Core Responsibilities:Architect, implement, and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Artifactory, or equivalent.Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions with Terraform, Terragrunt, Atlantis, ensuring automated and scalable cloud infrastructure management.Design and optimize Kubernetes-based environments (EKS, ArgoCD, Istio) for high-performance application deployments.Implement security, compliance, and quality gates directly into CI/CD workflows.Streamline release management, deployment automation, and configuration management to enhance stability and system reliability.Engage with development teams to improve deployment automation, observability, and system scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, CI/CD failures, and deployment issues across distributed environments.Drive innovation in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps best practices to enhance engineering velocity.Required Technical Expertise:4-5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline automation (GitHub Actions, Spinnaker, ArgoCD, or equivalent).3-5+ years of experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), focusing on networking, security, IAM, and scalability.3+ years of Kubernetes expertise, including EKS, ArgoCD, Istio, with strong knowledge of container orchestration and service mesh architectures.2+ years of experience in infrastructure automation using Terraform, Terragrunt, Atlantis, or equivalent tools.Proficiency in at least one or more programming languages (Java, Ruby, Golang, Python), with scripting and automation capabilities.Deep understanding of cloud security, role-based access control (RBAC), and deployment policies in regulated environments.Expertise in observability, logging, and monitoring solutions for cloud-native systems.Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills for highly available and fault-tolerant distributed architectures.This role is for a high-impact DevOps engineer who thrives in complex, cloud-native environments, excels in automation-driven infrastructure management, and is passionate about building resilient, scalable, and high-performance deployment ecosystems.
