Specific experience with US payroll is required.Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of payroll software and databases, with a preference for Rippling experience.System Implementation: Experience in implementing payroll systems is highly desirable.Legal Compliance: Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
