About The Job:- As the Creative Director, you will lead and review the work of the creative teams for all web, print, and digital marketing collateral. - Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand - design, copy, art, and digital technology. - Collaborate with the marketing and other departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities. - Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies. - Understanding of Indian Demographics: Stay updated with current trends in design, marketing, and consumer behaviour, and the competitor landscape with a specific focus on the Indian market. - Possess a keen understanding of Indian demographics, cultural nuances, and regional preferences to tailor creative strategies accordingly. - Exhibits a proactive attitude towards taking ownership of projects and initiatives, particularly during critical phases.
