The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our business on Amazon and Flipkart. This role will involve managing relationships with key accounts, optimizing product listings, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring the effective execution of e-commerce strategies. The KAM will work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) and external stakeholders (platform representatives, partners) to ensure successful collaboration and continued growth on these platforms. Create and implement account strategies to increase profitability and meet the targets. Own and nurture relationships with Amazon and Flipkart account managers, ensuring alignment with our brand goals. Manage day-to-day operations for key accounts, ensuring timely product listings, updates, promotions, and content management. Develop and implement tailored strategies for Amazon and Flipkart that align with the company’s goals and product offerings.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and Business Planning Abilities. Proven success in Account Management and Key Accounts. Excellent Customer Service skills. Experience in the electronics industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Accounting or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar e-commerce management role, with direct experience working with Amazon and Flipkart platforms.Location:Dwarka, New Delhi (On-site)
