Making collection calls for past due invoicesCreate cancel cases in salesforce for retention team to follow upMaintain daily check deposit list and apply checks to open invoices in Billing SystemCommunicate with customer on check discrepancy and resolve the issueCreate chargeback claims with payment gateways and follow upWork with collection agencies to follow up in uncollectible accountsMonitor email inbox with customer inquiriesCreate cases for CSM and sales rep to regarding customer inquiriesAssist with credit card declines and ensure the accuracy of addressReview daily billing and make sure the contract is in sales forceSend Invoice copies to customers with location level billingWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in accounting requiredMinimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Accounts receivable and collection is requiredExperience in a large multinational firm strongly preferredExperience within a US private company subsidiary strongly preferredMust possess excellent communication skills in English with ability to exchangeInformation with others clearly and concisely.Must be willing to accommodate time zone difference with US corporate officesWork Shift - 4pm to 1am IST or 6pm - 3am ISTBudget - 6L CTCRemote work setupWhy You’ll Join UsAt Birdeye, we are relentless innovators driven by a singular goal: to lead our category with unparalleled excellence.
