Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee the sales of our Ayurvedic, cosmetology, dermatology and dentistry clinic . The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling client interactions efficiently. Job Purpose: Responsible for the business performance, sales growth, Frontdesk management, hygiene, service standards, client counselling, and feedback management of the clinic. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Performance: Drive sales growth and revenue generation . Track business pipeline, plan collections, and ensure individual and team targets are met. Focus on ticket size, customer count, customer conversion, and repeat business . Manage category performance across Wellness , Hair Care, Products, Anti-Ageing, and other services . Develop and implement sales strategies to increase client retention and acquisition. 2. Systems & Process Orientation: Ensure smooth operations in billing, inventory control, cash management, and clinic assets . Handle email correspondence efficiently. Supervise housekeeping to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the clinic. 3. Customer Service: Ensure quality and effective services are provided to clients. Engage with HNI clients and other customers to encourage repeat purchases (BTC). Gather client feedback on service quality and customer experience . Oversee complaint management , acknowledging and resolving concerns in a timely manner while escalating unresolved issues when necessary. Focus on customer retention and ensure a high standard of customer service for all visitors.
