Stepping EDGE is looking for a polite, professional customer support executive to work on an International process. To provide outstanding service to our customers by providing documentation support, data entry, answering questions, handling complaints. Roles and Responsibilities: Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents Respond to queries for information and access relevant files Good knowledge in documentation. To update and Maintain the CRM on a regular basis. Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately. Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position. Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Strong time management and decision making skills. Adaptability and accountability.
