Job Title : Employee Relations Specialist Job Location : Hyderabad Exp Range : 8-20 years Extensive work experience in Employee Relations (ER), working in a large corporation, and having worked closely with internal Legal Counsel, the line HR organisation, and management. The position will require the person to be involved in ER matter investigations, report writing, Disciplinary Procedures and actions, Anti-Sexual Harassment matters, etc. The successful candidate will need to be focused on Oracle’s commitment to compliance and integrity and maintain a high ethical standard for both employee treatment and business operations. The position will focus on resolving ER concerns in the workplace equitably and participate in maintaining a work environment that provides fair and consistent treatment to all employees in adherence with the Company's policies. Conduct work place investigations and work with a wide range of parties to evaluate situations and determine necessary steps to be taken. Partner with others in the Company to ensure timely, effective, and efficient resolution of ER issues. Maintain expert knowledge of the Company's HR policies and procedures, Indian employment laws and regulations. Work on projects to evaluate, analyse and improve Company ER practices and outcomes. Candidate Profile: Post Graduate in HR, with about 10+ years of experience performing duties similar to those outlined above. Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills, listening and problem solving ability. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Experience in partnering with legal resources to resolve complex and sensitive ER issues.
