Sales Manager Role Summary As a Sales Manager at Kolo, you’ll play a crucial role in building, nurturing, and growing our network of professionals. You will be responsible for getting service providers (Architects, Contractors, Interior Designers, etc.) to sign contracts with Kolo and ensuring revenue collection from those who convert leads into business through our platform. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for professionals in your designated region, building long-term relationships that contribute directly to our growth. Key Responsibilities: Contract Sign-Ups: Take complete ownership of clearly communicating the value proposition of Kolo’s platform to prospective partners and get professionals across your designated area to sign contracts with Kolo Revenue Collection: Ensure the professionals you take ownership of pay on time and develop a habit of paying regularly. Owning Client Base: Build and maintain the client base for the designated area. Resolve Escalations: Take ownership of client escalations and resolve them in the most efficient way possible. Support the Supply team in maintaining healthy relationships with professionals in that city/region. Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends and continuously seek insights from the market. Who Should Apply Experience: 3-4 years in B2B sales, preferably from Swiggy, Zomato, MakeMyTrip, OYO. Prior experience in the Home Construction industry is a plus. Expertise: Closing, pipeline management, market analysis. Ownership: A self-starter who takes full responsibility for each individual professional. Problem-Solving: Work closely with the Business team, leadership, and professional stakeholders to solve Homeowner and Professional issues in the city.
