We are looking for a talented Market Intelligence Analyst to join our team specializing in Market Intelligence for our CORPORATE ORGANIZATION in Pune MH. This is a hybrid position where you need to work out of our Baner, Pune offices 2 days a week. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years in strategy, business, marketing, or market research. Market intelligence or business experience preferred. Previous experience in working with Microsoft Office tools preferred. EDUCATION: College, university or equivalent degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related subject required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Support projects, conduct studies, and create reports to improve the development of market intelligence used to inform strategies and business decisions. Partner with business, strategy, and functional groups to ensure adequate market intelligence is available and considered in decision-making processes. Assist in the development and deployment of effective methods to monitor relevant market trends, competitive threats, and other market activities. Contribute to special projects by providing valuable market insights to enhance the understanding of specific market aspects. Collaborate with business teams in developing the market intelligence required to support key business decisions. Identify and monitor market developments, synthesize and communicate key market trends, and highlight competitive threats. Contribute to the creation of unbiased, consistent market insights through the generation of credible data and insights. Actively pursue deeper knowledge of the market through both internal and external sources. Promote a culture of intelligence gathering, insights generation, and value-added support throughout the organization. Facilitate market- and segment-specific information gathering and sharing through appropriate channels. Build and maintain robust market size and share databases by identifying credible sources and applying effective methodologies. Develop and maintain the data structure, governance, integrity, and quality of multiple market size and share databases. To be successful in this role you will need the following: Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth market studies, analyze data, and develop insightful reports to inform strategic decisions. Collaboration: Strong partnership skills to work effectively with business teams, strategy groups, and functional teams to ensure intelligence alignment. Research Proficiency: Capability to identify and monitor key market trends, competitive threats, and business-impacting developments. Data Management: E xperience in building and maintaining structured market size and share databases with a focus on data integrity and quality. Communication Skills: Ability to synthesize insights and clearly communicate trends, threats, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of insights and reports. Proactive Mindset: Demonstrated ability to actively pursue deeper knowledge of markets, fostering a culture of intelligence gathering and value creation.
