Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events. Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and develop customized training solutions that address their specific requirements. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to foster long-term partnerships. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team. Collaboration: Work closely with the training delivery and product development teams to ensure the successful implementation of training solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 10-12 years of experience in sales within the corporate training industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of corporate training solutions and their impact on organizational performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Location - Gurgaon and Mumbai
