Job Overview: We are seeking a Backend Developer (SDE 2) with 4+ years of professional experience to contribute to the development of robust and scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework, as well as familiarity with modern DevOps tools and practices. You will work closely with our development team to build, maintain, and enhance backend services and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework. • API Development: Create and optimize RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and third-party integrations • Database Management: Develop and manage database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity. • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and ecient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. • Testing: Implement automated tests to ensure the reliability and performance of backend systems. • Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance system performance. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for codebases, APIs, and system architectures. • Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Required Qualications: • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Backend developer • Technical Skills: Strong prociency in Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework. • Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and database management best practices. • Version Control: Prociency in version control systems, particularly Git. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
