Job Description: Senior HR Operations Associate Experience Required: 7+ years in HR Operations or related roles Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's/HR certifications preferred) Roles and Responsibilities Conduct targeted one-on-one connects, focused group discussions, and surveys to understand the pulse of the organization and implement corrective measures to improve productivity and employee engagement. Regularly manage and update connect details, MIS, and trackers to ensure accurate documentation. Design and implement new employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Identify critical talents and build tailored interventions for retention and growth. Ensure skip-level meetings are conducted regularly and address concerns promptly. Ensure smooth integration of new joiners through a well-structured Buddy Program. Proactively connect with employees to address issues, conduct retention reversal discussions, and collaborate with managers to mitigate attrition risks. Guide exiting employees through the attrition process and system transactions. Analyze employee turnover trends, employee engagement survey feedback, and attrition risk profiling to recommend data-backed interventions. Resolve employee escalations within the specified TAT and the organization’s policy framework. Address and resolve cases related to disciplinary actions, misconduct, or harassment in alignment with company policies. Handle compliance-related tasks and ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews to fulfill business unit needs. Generate social media marketing ideas to attract top talent and enhance employer branding. Provide support in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Partner with leadership teams to provide guidance and solutions on HR-related matters. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and problem-solving. Expertise in employee engagement, career management, and attrition mitigation strategies.
