Key Responsibilities : Assist in the development and design of packaging for products to meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards. Work with suppliers to source packaging materials and ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Conduct research on packaging trends, new materials, and sustainability practices to help improve packaging solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, procurement, and logistics to ensure packaging requirements are met. Analyze packaging performance and propose improvements related to cost, efficiency, and sustainability. Assist in coordinating packaging trials and testing to ensure product integrity during transport. Help maintain packaging documentation and create reports on packaging costs, materials used, and savings. Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and assist in stock management. Participate in sustainability initiatives and packaging optimization projects. Qualifications : Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong interest in packaging, supply chain management, and sustainability. Knowledge of packaging materials, design, and sustainability practices is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
