Responsibilities System Implementation & Configuration: Managing the set-up, customization and ongoing maintenance of sales enablement platforms and dealer system integrations to align with company needs. User Training & Support: Training sales teams and channel partners on how to use sales enablement platforms and dealer system integrations effectively, providing ongoing support for any queries or issues. Data Management and Analysis: Ensuring data accuracy & sync within our systems as well as partner systems, monitoring key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in sales performance and partner network management. Distributor Relationship Management: Leveraging the system to manage sales, order processing, lead management, local marketing efforts and overall partner relationships. Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, partner performance, and overall market trends. Spearhead the digital initiatives, and their adoption related to the CRM, Order Management system and other key applications. Identify trends, competitors and customer preferences through regular market visits. Ensure all the feedback are documented and prompt actions are taken to address concerns. Criteria Candidate should have completed Master's in Business Administration 3 to 5 years' of relevant work experience in any industry but focussed on business analyst/data analyst roles for the Sales & Marketing function Fluency in CRM tools/platforms and ability to impart training and knowledge to internal and external teams
