A leading global firm is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Construction Advisory & Forensics team. This role focuses on conducting financial analysis, audits, and risk assessments for large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects , ensuring compliance and process efficiency. Location: Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: Analyze construction contracts, cost reports, and procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. Conduct financial and risk assessments , ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Evaluate project governance structures and recommend controls to mitigate risks . Investigate cases of fraud, waste, and abuse , including bribery, collusion, and conflicts of interest. Lead client engagements, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations . Maintain strong communication with clients, serving as a trusted advisor . Oversee forensic accounting procedures across multiple engagements. Guide, train, and mentor junior team members. Desired Skills & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of experience in audit, risk, or forensic accounting. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, compliance, and project audits . Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and risk assessment tools . Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
