We are seeking talented Façade Designers at multiple levels to join our dynamic design office and contribute to iconic projects across the region. About the Role: Facade Designer As a Façade Designer at Alutec, you will play a key role in translating architectural visions into executable façade designs. Working collaboratively with senior designers, technical specialists, and project managers, you will deliver detailed design solutions that meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and prepare detailed façade design drawings and technical specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align designs with project requirements and engineering standards. Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, industry standards, and client expectations. Support the preparation of design reports, client presentations, and documentation. Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure buildable and cost-effective design solutions. Assist in resolving design issues during production or installation stages. What We’re Looking For: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines. Experience: Junior Level: 0–2 years of relevant design experience Mid-Level: 3–5 years in façade or architectural design Senior Level: 6+ years with demonstrated project leadership Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino , and façade-specific tools such as SketchUp, BIM software , and engineering platforms like SAP2000 or STAAD.Pro .
