HK Vitals, a premium nutraceutical brand from the house of HealthKart, is seeking a goal-driven, high-judgement Content Associate . The individual is responsible for writing, editing, and publishing content on all our sales channels, including but not limited to, long format content on the website (PDP and blogs), e-commerce sites (A+, FK etc.), and short-format content for newsletters, WhatsApp marketing, and Q-commerce channels. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for analytics, has foundational knowledge of SEO and is abreast with the current trends, and can measure and improve CTRs, open rates through content. Key Job Responsibilities Develop a monthly content calendar with PDP pages that need content refresh, scientific SEO blogs surrounding skincare, haircare and overall wellness; banners for sales efforts; WhatsApp & emailer journeys for different audience cohorts Write and publish timely content across said platforms Create a monthly report on outcomes Basic Qualifications Minimum 1 years of experience in writing SEO content, blogs, PDP and e-com content Demonstrated experience in writing long and short-format content for a variety of platforms including WhatsApp and emailers Up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO and WhatsApp marketing, using metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Excellent written and verbal communications skills English, Mass Communication, Journalism background preferred Preferred: background of working in a healthcare, skincare, or D2C Aggressively timeline-oriented, organised, and an independent thinker
