Shopify Admin Job Summary: Joola is seeking a Shopify Admin to manage and optimize our expansion stores across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have experience handling Shopify Plus stores , managing product listings, implementing site updates, and ensuring a seamless multi-regional eCommerce experience. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and update Shopify store settings, themes, and apps across various country-specific stores. Maintain product listings, collections, pricing, and localization settings. Troubleshoot and resolve Shopify-related issues for multiple expansion stores. Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams for region-specific store enhancements. Ensure Shopify store performance, speed optimization, and uptime across different locations. Configure and manage Shopify scripts, Shopify Flow, and automation tools for multi-store efficiency. Monitor and analyze store performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior per region. Ensure compliance with local regulations, Shopify policies, data security, and privacy laws. Oversee the integration of third-party tools, including payment gateways and shipping solutions per country. Extended Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and deploy region-specific promotional content and campaigns. Work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure an optimized user experience across different geographic stores. Assist in A/B testing and analytics tracking to enhance customer engagement and sales conversions. Train internal teams on Shopify functionalities and best practices for store operations. Tools and Technical Expertise Required: Shopify Plus Administration: Managing settings, themes, scripts, and automation. Liquid Templating Language: Customizing Shopify themes. Third-Party App Integration: Familiarity with multi-currency, localization, and payment gateway apps. Data Management: Handling product imports/exports and metafields. Google Analytics & SEO Optimization: Ensuring store visibility and performance. Version Control (Git): Managing changes and updates efficiently. Preferred Skills: Basic Knowledge of NetSuite & Celigo: Understanding backend integrations. Experience in Agile Development: Working in iterative sprints.
