Manager of Sales / Sr. Bench Sales Lead Film Nagar, Hyderabad (Onsite) Note – Please forward your resume to Good recuring Incentives. Should have Minimum 8+ Years of proven experience in Bench sales in the US IT staffing and consulting Industry, well versed with marketing bench consultants. Hire Bench Sales recruiters and lead them. Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1/H1Transfer/OPT/CPT/ GC/USC). Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, negotiating best rates, following up on interview schedules, and closing the best deals. Develop and maintain new vendor contacts and build network relations across the IT industry using social networking sites such as LinkedIn. Working directly with Tier 1 Vendors/Implementation partners/Direct Clients and understanding their job requirements and finding matching profiles from the existing bench team. Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients. Knowledge of all United States Tax-terms (Like w2, 1099 and corp2corp (C2C)). Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis. Must have good Verbal and Written communication skills. Must be willing to work in Night Shifts. Must be a good team player and result driven. Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment.
