Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Force Effectiveness & Data Management : Manage and maintain the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and track sales performance KPIs (e.g., call frequency, doctor coverage, sales productivity). Ensure accurate and timely sales data reporting, including primary and secondary sales tracking. Coordinate with IT and vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements. 2. CRM & Territory Management : Oversee the deployment and utilization of CRM tools for the field force. Define and manage sales territories, customer segmentation, and alignment of sales teams. Work with Business Heads to optimize territory structures and workload balancing. 3. Incentive Plan Management : Design, track, and implement sales incentive programs for Medical Representatives (MRs) and Managers. Conduct performance analysis and incentive payout calculations based on predefined parameters. 4. Field Force Support & Training : Provide training and technical support for the sales team on SFA/CRM tools. Develop and implement best practices for sales operations and data entry accuracy. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in sales operations. 5. Market Insights & Analytics : Analyze sales data to generate insights for improving sales strategies and operational efficiency. Support Business Development, Marketing, and Sales teams with data-driven decision-making. Conduct competitor analysis to track market trends and identify growth opportunities. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 10 years in Sales Force Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Business Analytics in a pharmaceutical company. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM/SFA tools, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Power BI, and data visualization tools. Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of Pharma Sales Process: Understanding of pharmaceutical sales structure, KOL management, doctor engagements, and regulatory compliance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working with large datasets and handling sales forecasting models. Prior experience in incentive plan design and execution.
