Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Delivery & Execution Conduct technical and functional training sessions for employees, clients, and partners on Tech products. Deliver both online and in-person training sessions. Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world use cases to enhance learning. Ensure all trainees understand product features, integrations, troubleshooting, and best practices . 2. Training Content Development Create user manuals, training guides, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and FAQs . Keep training materials updated based on product updates, new releases, and industry trends . Develop assessments, quizzes, and certification programs to evaluate learning outcomes. 3. Internal Team Enablement Train technical teams on product functionalities and competitive advantages. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure quick adoption of Tech products. Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs. 4. Collaboration & Product Knowledge Enhancement Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Tech Support to understand technical aspects of products. Stay updated on industry advancements and competitors’ offerings to refine training methodologies. 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting Measure training effectiveness through feedback surveys, knowledge assessments, and trainee performance tracking . Provide regular reports to management on training impact and improvement areas. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field . Experience: 3+ years of experience in Tech product training, technical training, or software education . Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills . Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems), e-learning tools, and training methodologies . Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand training materials. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
