The candidate must have at least 20 years of experience in industrial, infrastructure, or water management sectors, ideally within government or public sector organizations.Key responsibilities include:Water Supply & Treatment: Ensuring efficient water treatment, quality compliance, and process optimization.Water Distribution & Transmission: Overseeing operations to ensure effective water delivery.Customer Service & Relations: Managing stakeholder engagement and service standards.Financial Management: Budget oversight, procurement, and cost optimization.Strategic & Operational Management: Setting divisional goals, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance.Technical Oversight: Leading engineering teams and ensuring industry-standard project execution.Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE): Enforcing compliance with safety and environmental standards.Reporting & Compliance: Preparing reports, ensuring legal adherence, and maintaining records.Additionally, the resource will prepare reports and assist the designated officer until a full-time Mukhy Anurakshan Abhiyanta (Public Health) is appointed.
