Position Title : Manager / Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance CTC : ₹7 – ₹10 LPA Location : Goregaon East, Mumbai Department : Finance Reports To : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Job Summary The Manager / Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance will be responsible for end-to-end management of all accounting and finance functions, including receivables and payables, GST and tax compliance, trial balance and finalization, inventory control, foreign remittances, financial reporting (as per IGAAP / Ind AS), and FP&A. The role involves strategic financial analysis, audit coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial operations.Key Responsibilities 1.Accounts Receivables & Payables Management Manage and monitor the complete receivables and payables cycle. Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments. Regular ledger scrutiny and resolution of discrepancies. Ensure no outstanding balances beyond agreed payment terms. 2.Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare and finalize monthly trial balance and financial statements as per IGAAP / Ind AS. Handle month-end closing entries including depreciation, provisions, deferred taxes, etc. Ensure timely and accurate calculation/payment of: TDS Advance tax GST filings and other regulatory requirements Ensure accurate estimation of monthly, quarterly, and annual provisions. 3.Inventory & Foreign Remittance Management Oversee inventory accounting of reefer and dry containers. Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and consumption of stores and spares. Manage and monitor all foreign remittance processes in line with regulatory guidelines. 4.Banking & Treasury Conduct daily bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate accounting of interest income and expenses. Manage banking relationships and treasury operations. 5.Company Secretarial Coordination Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013. Coordinate filings of quarterly and annual returns/statements as required. 6.Audit & Financial Strategy Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely audit completion. Ensure full compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements. Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. 7.Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead, supervise, and mentor the accounts and finance team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making. Drive budgeting, cost-control initiatives, and profitability analysis.Qualifications CA FresherorCA with 1–2 years of experience , or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance/Accountingwith5–7 yearsof relevant experience. Minimum3 years in a supervisory/team leadership role . Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (IGAAP / Ind AS), taxation, and compliance. Proficient inTally / Tally Prime(Mandatory), MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Working Conditions Full-time position based atGoregaon East, Mumbai . Occasional travelrequired for audits and inter-departmental coordination
