Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Resident located in Puducherry. The Junior Resident will be responsible for providing patient care under the supervision of senior medical staff, conducting diagnostic tests, documenting patient histories, and participating in medical research activities. The Junior Resident will also assist in surgical procedures, perform medical examinations, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Medical degree (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery – MBBS) Licensed and registered to practice medicine in India Strong clinical skills and understanding of medical procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development Experience in a multi-specialty hospital environment is a plus Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and enhancing patient outcomes Willing to do the Shift duties
