We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant HR Manager to take full ownership of the recruitment process , including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening & shortlisting, final interviewing, salary negotiations, documentation, and onboarding . This role is critical in ensuring a structured and efficient hiring process , from identifying top talent to successfully integrating them into the institution while ensuring compliance with our HR policies. Key Responsibilities – Primary Focus Areas Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and institutional career sites . Sourcing Candidates: Actively search for and attract top talent using job portals, professional networks, and direct outreach . Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct resume reviews and initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Final Interviews: Schedule and conduct final-round interviews in coordination with department heads and senior management. Salary Negotiations: Lead salary discussions and package finalization aligned with institutional policies. Hiring & Onboarding Process Documentation & Compliance: Ensure selected candidates sign employment contracts, policy agreements, and institutional HR documents before joining. Background Verification: Oversee reference checks and ensure candidates meet all necessary compliance requirements. Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization. Secondary Responsibilities Employee Relations: Support in resolving basic employee concerns and maintaining a positive workplace culture. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor regulations. Performance Tracking: Maintain hiring and onboarding metrics for reporting and process improvement. ERP Management: Utilize MyClassboard ERP to maintain employee records, offer letters, and contracts . Key Requirements ✅ Experience: Minimum 8 years in HR, with a strong background in recruitment and hiring processes . ✅ Qualification: MBA in HR or an equivalent degree. ✅ Industry Preference: Prior experience in the education sector (schools/colleges) is a plus. ✅ Skills & Competencies: Expertise in end-to-end recruitment, job portals, and sourcing .
