Job Description

Position purpose The job is to sell all Canon products - Copiers, Scanners, Multi-Functional Devices, Software Solutions & Managed Document Solution (MDS). Education Graduate; Post Graduate Diploma Sales Mgmt./ MBA is preferable Experience 1 to 3 years Skills Customer Focus, business acumen, Excellent communication and articulation, Interest in technology, Sales Planning, Probing, Relationship management, Negotiation, Ability to influence people Industry Preference Any product selling experience in B2B space. Experience with OA/IT peripheral Company/Telecom is preferable Job Duties Create a sales plan based on existing accounts, potential in different verticals and territory and effective reporting Responsible for planning penetration in listed accounts or finding new accounts, establishing connection with key stakeholders and build relationships which should result in business expansion. Reach out to customers to understand their organization, existing set up on office imaging infrastructure, document management solutions and their current or upcoming needs where Canon’s products and services would be useful. Generate prospects for new accounts and grow the existing ones, keeping the funnel healthy as per sales plan Propose solution for their office imaging needs- both hardware and solutions, give demonstration or proof of concept. Ensure customer service, complaint handling and satisfaction as per client’s expectation, build brand loyalty. Update sales activities on CRM, analyze customer data and action on contract renewal. Effective execution of the orders received and be accountable for the project management and change management Support in outstanding collection and any other compliance needs emerging from contracting
