Wonderla Resort is an 84-key property with expansive indoor banquet and convention spaces, ideal for hosting. large-scale events and corporate gatherings. The resort currently features one restaurant and bar, with plans to introduce 49 glamping pods along with an additional restaurant and bar within the next three months About the Role Wonderla Resort is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new business, maintaining client relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Wonderla Resort.  Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and strategic partnerships.  Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.  Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends.  Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and prepare sales reports.  Handle negotiations and closures for room bookings, events, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales.  Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales collateral.  Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to expand business reach.  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain brand reputation. We are looking for you with  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.  Sales Manager: 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales.  Assistant Sales Manager: 3+ years of relevant experience in hospitality sales.  Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.  Experience in handling corporate clients, travel agencies, and event sales.  Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.  Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.  Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events as required.
