Website: Role: Manager – Transfer Pricing Job Description: Handling Transfer Pricing assignments that includes: Formulating transfer pricing policy / planning study / advisory assignments that includes conducting functional analysis along with benchmarking analysis by using electronic database and publicly available information; Assisting clients is preparing TP documentation and Master File as per Indian TP Regulations; Conducting transfer pricing audits for issuance of Form 3CEB; Assistance is preparing submissions, research for case laws in relation to TP assessments; Assistance in writing newsletter/article/alert in relation to latest development in the field of transfer pricing; Undertaking benchmarking analysis on global database in relation to financial transactions, royalty payments, management fees etc. Assist and support in the Business Development by interacting with existing and new clients for new sales/ cross sales and up sales Candidate Profile: Chartered Accountant Good knowledge of the provisions of Direct Tax Laws, including Transfer Pricing, Corporate Taxation and International Taxation. Good experience of handling Direct Tax Advisory, Compliances and litigations. Good exposure in handling Transfer Pricing related advisory, compliances and litigation and International Taxation related issues such as issuance of certificate in Form-15CB, understanding on concepts of Permanent Establishment etc. Good experience on representation services before Income Tax Department and other Statutory Authorities during assessment proceedings. Good communication and presentation skills. Experience of working in ERP environment. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Team handling and ensure assignments completion within due dates. Should have a consulting mind-set. Should be open to periodic travelling.
