Key Responsibilities: Sponsorship Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sponsorship sales strategy to secure high-value sponsorship's for international medical conferences. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential sponsors, including pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, healthcare organizations, and industry stakeholders. Proposal Development: Create compelling sponsorship proposals and packages tailored to the needs and goals of potential sponsors. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Engage with senior decision-makers, present sponsorship opportunities, and negotiate contracts to close sponsorship deals. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor sponsorship strategies, and emerging opportunities to enhance sponsorship offerings. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, events, and partnerships, to ensure seamless sponsor integration and successful event execution. Requirements: Experience: 10+ years of sponsorship sales experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical, or Ed-tech industry. UAE Market Experience: Prior experience in the UAE market and an established network of healthcare industry contacts are highly preferred. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, and healthcare industry dynamics. Sales Skills: Proven track record of securing high-value sponsorship's and achieving revenue targets. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
