What You’ll Do As a Risk Specialist , you’ll play a key role in strengthening our cybersecurity posture by: ✅ Identifying and assessing risks across functional and technical teams, ensuring effective mitigation. ✅ Leading cybersecurity awareness initiatives, including training programs and phishing simulations. ✅ Conducting third-party security assessments to evaluate vendor compliance with our standards. ✅ Providing insights on cybersecurity risks and controls through dashboards and reporting. ✅ Supporting the execution of security risk committees and external audits. ✅ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity policies and best practices. What We’re Looking For ✔ Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, technical, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and Risk Management. Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or similar are a plus. Experience with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework is highly valued. ✔ Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to present cybersecurity risks and metrics effectively. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
