Job Description: We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with expertise in IT and analytics hiring to drive end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical roles, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT and analytics roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top tech and data talent. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking . Conduct technical screenings and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure role alignment. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions. Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices . Work closely with HR and leadership teams to enhance employer branding and candidate experience. Requirements: Proven experience in IT and analytics hiring (engineering, data science, BI, cloud, DevOps, etc.). Strong expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing techniques . Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.) . Understanding of technical skill sets, programming languages, and analytics tools . Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
