Job Title: Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts Location: Guwahati HO Company: Tattva Creations Reports to: Director Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Candidate to join our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing reports, and supporting financial audits. The candidate must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll records. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. 2.Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports including PL statements, cash flow statements, etc. Generate reports for management to aid decision-making. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. 3.Statutory Duties & Taxes and Compliance: Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, P.Tax and other statutory tax returns as per Indian tax regulations. Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations. Coordinating with the Professionals for ROC works. Must know to prepare the reports as per the professionals. 4.Accounting Systems & Software: Manage accounting software and ERP systems for recording transactions and generating financial reports. Implement internal control procedures to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud. 5.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Prepare and process invoices and make payments to vendors, Statutory Payments. 6.Financial Audits: Assist in preparing for tax audits by coordinating with external auditors, providing necessary financial documents, and responding to audit inquiries throughout the audit process. 7.Payroll Management: Prepare payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Deduct and remit employee contributions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) as per Indian labor laws. 8.General Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks related to accounting functions. Maintain and organize accounting files and documents for easy retrieval. Representing organization in various forums, visiting government and private offices on behalf of the organization. Doing any other work as and when required by the management Required Qualifications: Education: -CA Inter/MBA(Finance). Experience: - 6–8 years of experience in accounts and finance.
