About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape our product experience and monetization strategy. You'll lead key initiatives—Subscription, Loyalty Programs, Pricing, Offers—while balancing user needs between binge-watchers and samplers. This role demands strong user empathy, analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and insight generation. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to gather insights, prioritize features, and drive the roadmap for a world-class experience. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a product roadmap and strategy that leverages data insights, aligning with user and business needs Effectively communicate complex ideas, fostering alignment among leadership and cross-functional teams Mentor and develop product managers, guiding them through the entire product lifecycle. Collaborate with various product teams to develop solutions to shared challenges across multiple product lines Influence company leadership to explore and adopt bold innovations, including integrating generative AI technologies Qualifications: Bachelor’s in CS or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years in product management (tech/software/enterprise), building internal or platform products 3+ years in core product management (B2C preferred) Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and drive impact on complex initiatives Strong first-principles problem-solving and structured thinking Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Data-driven mindset—turning insights into strategy Passion for scalable, innovative platforms High bias for action with a results-driven approach Ability to lead multiple products and collaborate cross-functionally
