Egon Zehnder, Knowledge Centre India (KCI) Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, works in close collaboration with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. There are 5 teams that make up KCI: Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Global Technology Services. The Experts Team is a group of experts aligned to specific Industry or Functional Practice that works on with global teams in solving client mandates. The Experts provide insights from internal/ external databases, expert perspectives on industry trend and through their experiences. Most of the team members come with an industry specialization (working in consulting or industry or both) and deliver insights for solving critical client problems. Knowledge Management • Key activities include proactive knowledge capture, distribution and development for the firm's multiple knowledge management platforms, as well as the provision of assistance and advice to Consultants and Experts on relevant resources, best practice and latest thinking. • The team also manages efforts focused on market research and business development through publication of reports as well as analysis of our clients Assignment Support • Specialized experts team, aligned by sector to help in global assignments and improve execution speed • Demonstrable deep understanding of their sector, translate existing industry/company knowledge into finding world class talent • Work on global/regional searches that require deep understanding of the industry. Help bring connected insights to our clients The Position Senior Business Analyst– Health Practice Group The Expert will leverage his/her deep expertise and knowledge to support the Global Health Team in executing executive search assignments and also build an external network of industry or functional sources and experts that they can tap into to drive client solutions. The expert autonomously coordinates the search progress and client ready documentation. He or she manages projects (assignments, pitch preparation, etc.) in partnership with the consultant, creating an effective project plan that ensures the team delivers on client expectations and timelines. Further, our new expert colleague leads candidate identification and documentation on assignments, validates, calibrates, and prioritizes candidates on assignments in preparation for, and during, discussions with consultants, as well as gathers actionable information on key moves and market. This is an individual contributor role which requires extensive collaboration and engagement with colleagues internationally. This role will be visible to clients and will be expected to help develop key account strategies. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely in collaboration with Experts and Consultant colleagues around the world as a fully integrated team member on senior-level, international search assignments.
