Work closely with Business, Product Management, and operations to grow various platforms and own key performance metrices. Develop and execute marketing plans leading to growth in: -Number of users -User engagement and retention basis key metrices -User life time value -Key business metrices like GMV, transacting users, repeat users etc. Build growth forecasts and budgets, build roadmaps for channel optimization, marketing media mix, creative testing, interface optimization. Onboard Ad agencies and coordinate with them to ensure deliverables. Implement SEO and ASO best practices, carry out multi touch attribution and analysis for data driven decision making Manage and enhance social media presence of DeHaat, engage users and carry out SM campaigns for performance results. Evaluate pricing and offer performance, media assets, inventory and/ or pre-orders in close coordination with the relevant business head(s) Recruit and mentor team members in relevant roles* Stay updated on the competitive landscape and developments in the sector, including marketing strategies, product usability and consumer research.
