We seek a highly skilled and experienced Atlassian Practice lead to mentor, and manage a dynamic team of Atlassian consultants, administrators, and developers. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Atlassian tools, exceptional project management skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Atlassian professionals, including consultants, administrators, and developers. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client needs. Evaluate team performance regularly, provide constructive feedback, and support individual career development plans. Encourage knowledge sharing, upskilling, and best practices across the team. Project Delivery: Plan, execute, and oversee multiple Atlassian solution delivery projects for diverse clients across industries. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards. Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Design, estimate, and implement solutions for Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Bitbucket. Drive a culture of collaboration and innovation to support practice development and continuous improvement. Pre-Sales, Sales, and Marketing Support: Actively participate in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal preparation. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for lead generation and client engagement. Assist clients with licensing needs, ensuring compliance and cost optimization. Stakeholder and Risk Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met effectively. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and resolutions. Process Optimization: Continuously improve team processes, workflows, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Promote and implement best practices in project management, risk management, and solution delivery. Develop and document standard operating procedures for Atlassian tool implementations. Qualifications and Skills: Mandatory Skills: Proven expertise in Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Bitbucket. Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Atlassian Certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Professional or equivalent) are mandatory. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities. Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in pre-sales, sales, and marketing activities, particularly for lead generation.
