About the Role: The role of the Bid Manager is to understand the specifications of the RFQ from the client and to provide the best Feasibility and Cost. Vendor management and seeking out and developing better vendors is also included. This position is the first person to set up the organization, It will also include handling a Bid your own, managing CVRs and other KPIs, improving CVR, sharing status with sales and developing strategies to increase the revenue. Responsibilities: Handle Client Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries daily regarding project estimates and feasibility checks. Streamline Order Processing: Efficiently register incoming orders and work closely with appropriate project managers to execute fieldwork and ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure Smooth Client Transitions: Seamlessly transition client projects to responsible team members, ensuring clear communication and project understanding. Manage Project Flow: Coordinate and manage project schedules, overseeing the entire process from initial quotation to final delivery. Build Client Relationships: Foster positive relationships with clients through ongoing communication and proactive updates. Travel: Occasional travel if required Qualifications: ・Over 3 years of experience at online research companies that operate panel businesses (5 years or more would be desirable) ・Management experience in customer success and bid management. ・Excellent English and Hindi communication skills and team management abilities. ・Experience collaborating with multinational employees at foreign company.
