We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team and gain valuable exposure to HR processes and procedures.Job Summary:As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a deeper understanding of the HR profession.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate and support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.Help in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and other documents.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.Participate in training and development programs.Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and HR-related queries.Support HR in maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Contribute to the creation of HR materials, including handbooks and guidelines.Qualifications:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is a plus (but not required).What We Offer:Hands-on experience in HR functions and processes.Opportunities to network and collaborate with HR professionals.Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR staff.A friendly and collaborative work environment.Possibility of full-time employment after internship based on performance.
