Job Title: Salesforce QA/BSALocation: RemoteType: ContractAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce QA Analyst with a strong foundation in Salesforce administration. This role will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, documenting test scenarios, performing end-to-end testing, and ensuring optimal test coverage for all Salesforce tickets and projects. You will also leverage your administrative expertise to support the team and maintain best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.Responsibilities:Salesforce Testing:Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate Salesforce functionality.Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing across various Salesforce modules and integrations.Document test scenarios, test results, and defects accurately and comprehensively.Ensure thorough test coverage and adherence to quality assurance best practices.Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure testability.Identify, track, and report defects using appropriate tools and processes.Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after changes.Salesforce Administration:Utilize your strong Salesforce administrative skills to support testing efforts and troubleshoot issues.Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Salesforce testing environments.Contribute to the development and implementation of Salesforce best practices.Test Automation:Utilize Provar (or an equivalent Salesforce test automation tool) to automate test cases and improve testing efficiency.Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing.Analyze and report on automated test results.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and issues.Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.Qualifications:Minimum of5years of experience in Salesforce QA testing.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and architecture.Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.Hands-on experience with Provar (or an equivalent Salesforce test automation tool).Solid foundation in Salesforce administration.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with end to end testing.Experience documenting test scenarios.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certificationsExperience with [Specific Salesforce modules or integrations].Experience with other test tools.Work Schedule:Preference will be given to candidates who can provide full overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).(2:30 IST)
