By focusing on instant medical intervention, Oxxy aims to bridge this gap and improve patient's chances of survival.Role Description· Oxxy is looking for Senior Sales & Business Development Managers for B2B sales (preferably with Insurance Background&/or Healthcare background) who, individually or with a team under them, will be promoting Oxxy Health Plans. Oxxy plans can be sold from anywhere in the country. Please see the Health Plans available on to understand the product.· Since its a B2B profile, the candidate is required to do networking and tie-ups with insurance sellers, call-centers, corporates, hospitals or with agencies who can sell Oxxy plans.· This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior Sales Manager role at Oxxy Healthcare. The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of profitability and growth, including sales, marketing & revenue streamlining. The candidate will develop and implement effective strategies and tactics to achieve financial and operational goals, while also ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.· The whole idea to hire someone responsible for this role is to have massive growth in revenue.· Be assured that you have in-depth knowledge of Healthcare Insurance business.· Must have deep connections & contacts in corporates & Insurance industry to do cross selling.Candidate Profile· Sales and Business Development background.· Experience in Healthcare Insurance Business.· Should be able to do networking with Call-Centers, Corporates & Insurance Sellers and Hospitals for Oxxy Health Plans.· Should be confident and achieve sales target, which is a must.· Oxxy is offering great incentives. Qualifications· 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets· Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and Insurance market, · Previous experience with the healthcare sector and insurance is highly highly preferred.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Including setting up meetings in hospitals, building strong relationship with doctors, giving training in corporates about our healthcare plans and products.· Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the team to achieve goals and objectives. · Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
