Job SummaryAs an Associate Product Analyst, you will work closely with both the business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze data, assist in feature development, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders. This role is ideal for freshers who have a technical background with an interest in business operations and want to build a career in Product Management or Techno-Functional roles.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business teams (operations, support, sales) to understand pain points and translate them into product requirements.Work with developers to ensure product features align with business needs and customer expectations.Assist in testing and troubleshooting new product features before release.Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and operational data to provide actionable insights for product improvements. Document product workflows, feature requests, and technical requirements.Coordinate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless user experience enhancements.Support training and onboarding efforts for internal teams on new product features.Learn and use Agile tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana) for tracking product development. Education & Background:B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, with a strong interest in technology business and product management especially mobile app development. MBA is a plus.Fresher or 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or software development especially mobile app development.Technical & Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Exposure to SQL, APIs, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics) is a plus.Ability to write clear, concise technical and business documentation.Comfortable working with tech teams, debugging minor product issues, and testing software.Soft Skills & Mindset: Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
