This is a hybrid role that blends Airtable system design and configuration with project management, helping us build and optimize scalable cross-functional workflows to enable timely product launches and timely flagging of risks as they emerge. You’ll lead the build and maintenance of complex Airtable bases that drive our cross-functional course launch operations—working closely with Product, Partnerships, Design, Marketing, and Delivery teams. Beyond system setup, you’ll also manage timelines, flag risks, and ensure smooth execution of course launches from planning through to go-live. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable Airtable systems to support course launch workflows and cross-functional collaboration. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate operational needs into structured Airtable solutions, including automations, forms, reports, and dashboards. Own project timelines for new and redesigned course launches, driving progress through effective planning, tracking, and cross-functional coordination. Continuously optimize Airtable-based systems to improve data flow, visibility, and operational efficiency across teams. Identify risks or blockers early, communicate them clearly, and proactively work on mitigation strategies. Run weekly status updates, create reports and summaries using Airtable data, and act as the source of truth for all project timelines and deliverables. Build feedback loops to improve both Airtable workflows and project execution. Key Skills and Qualifications: 1+ years of Airtable experience in a professional setting—designing relational databases, building interfaces, creating automations, and integrating with tools like Teams, Slack, etc. 3+ years of Project management experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent process-oriented thinking and a passion for building systems that scale. Comfortable working in ambiguity; takes initiative and works proactively to solve problems. Outstanding cross-functional communication skills—able to align multiple stakeholders and share updates clearly. Flexible work hours, with availability during IST evening hours to overlap with US morning time for global team meetings.
