Role: Marketing Communication LeaderPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communication Leader to drive all marketing communication (MarCom), creative execution, and asset development for the Enterprise & Government Segment. This India-based role requires collaboration with internal teams and agency partners to ensure high-quality, efficient, and agile delivery of marketing communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong program management skills and the ability to oversee bulk design and execution through agency teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives.Ensure brand consistency across all Enterprise & Government Segment communication touchpoints.Lead end-to-end creative execution, ensuring the timely delivery of assets.2. Creative Development & Asset ManagementOversee the creation of marketing assets, including digital content, event collateral, presentations, and social media materials.Work with internal creative resources and external agency partners to develop impactful communication materials.Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and supports key business priorities.3. Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with sales, product, delivery, and creative teams to finalize the hiring and onboarding of agency partners.Partner with product leaders to support media execution for the business and government segment.Align with sales and marketing teams to create targeted messaging and campaigns.4. Media & Campaign ManagementOversee media execution strategies to enhance brand positioning and visibility.Monitor campaign performance and optimize communication strategies based on data insights.Ensure effective segmentation and targeting to drive audience engagement.5. Leadership & Process Optimization Establish efficient workflows for creative production, ensuring agility and cost-effectiveness. Drive innovation in marketing communication through new tools, trends, and technologies. Lead and mentor a team to enhance overall marketing communication capabilities.Qualifications & Experience:10+ years of experience in marketing communication, brand management, or corporate communications.Strong expertise in creative execution, asset development, and media planning. Experience working in B2B or government-focused marketing roles is a plus.Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and creative teams.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Experience in working with agencies and managing bulk design and execution. Understanding of 2D & 3D videos, video shooting, and brand collaterals.Strong agency relationships to ensure fast and high-quality execution.Ability to work with all stakeholders and secure approvals efficiently.Key Skills & Requirements: Excellent communication, storytelling, and brand-building skills.Familiarity with marketing tools, content creation platforms, and performance analytics.Strong program management skills – not a designer but a strategic executor.Ability to handle high workloads, especially with fast-moving projects like Karmayogi and government tenders.
