As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through the acquisition of new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. This individual will play a pivotal role in generating new revenue, fostering relationships, and representing the company in the market. A strong understanding of the staffing industry, combined with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, will be key to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential clients, including both small-to-medium enterprises and large corporations, across various industries.Develop and implement strategic business development plans to acquire new business and expand market presence.Network and establish strong relationships with decision-makers, HR professionals, and executives in target companies.Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, and meetings) to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key clients.Regularly meet with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify new opportunities for staffing services.Upsell additional services or talent solutions based on the client’s evolving needs.Collaborate with internal teams (recruiting, operations, and HR) to deliver exceptional service to clients.Market Analysis & Strategy:Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.Provide insights to senior leadership regarding market needs, client feedback, and business development strategies.Stay updated on industry best practices and new staffing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Collaboration & Reporting:Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure the proper staffing solutions are delivered to clients.Regularly report on business development progress, sales pipeline, and revenue projections.Attend team meetings, providing updates and contributing ideas to improve business strategies.Contract Negotiations & Closing:Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements.Lead negotiations to close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the company.Ensure the legal and financial integrity of all contracts signed with clients.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).5 to 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Strong understanding of staffing solutions, including temporary, permanent, and contract staffing services.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.Why Join Us?Competitive salary with commission-based incentivesComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.)Opportunity for career growth and advancement in a fast-growing companyDynamic and supportive work environmentFlexible work optionsHow to Apply: If you are passionate about business development and looking for an exciting opportunity in the staffing industry, we would love to hear from you.
